I had a mechanical issue with my 2019 Cadillac XT5 and brought it to Mike Erdman Cadillac for the repair. I was hoping that the repair would be covered by my power train warranty and Jack, my service advisor explained a potential issue with that, but that he would plead my case with GM and get back with me. He called me several hours later and he won my case with GM and the result was fantastic. My car was repaired perfectly and on time. The cherry on top was that they washed and vacuumed out my car and it looked brand new when it was returned to me, Well done Jack and the whole Erdman team!

Great experience coming in today, got in and out within a few hours, taking my time and not rushing but with bank paperwork prepared. Car was ready for a test drive when I arrived and was immediately offered a coffee and water. I was given ample time to look around the car by myself and fully check out every nook and cranny I could stick my nose in. Roy was my salesman, great guy very easy to talk to and above honest, and Akirsy and Jonathan were around to help finalize financials through my bank. Overall great experience being here and car was in the condition advertised, and frankly, better than I had hoped (preowned.) If I need another car this is definitely the dealership I’ll be returning to.

When Melbourne Tasca Cadillac failed to calibrate my new ride height suspension replacement parts three times, I went to Mike Erdman. Tasca had my car 3x’s, $1550, and could not complete the job. The Mike Erdman service department gave me a loaner and fixed my ridiculously high riding XTS and now it’s level and smooth. Tasca failed to do over weeks what Mike Erdman did in a one day service. 👍👍

Kudos to Ryan S for the assistance on my Caddy. Came in for oil change and forgot to ask to rotate tires. He quickly called the workman and had it done for me. He also spent time explaining about key fob covers! Thank you!

My car wouldn't start as I just flew into town after being gone some time. My battery was dead. I called AAA to jump start my car which they did. After a diagnostic check I was told my battery was dead and not to shut the car. I called service immediately and they took me in. I also needed new tires which I was aware of. So they took me in, ordered a battery and 4 new tires. I was so impressed with the assistance from the team. Ryan, Jack, and Naku we're so kind and assured me that the job would be done. I forgot to mention that I flew in to see a friend who was having surgery. They were able to get me a loaner car so I was able to visit my friend . I'm a mechanic and almost always do my own work. My scan tool didn't have the license needed to fix my issue, so i had to take my GMC in. Mike the shop Foreman knew exactly what the issue was and how to prevent it from happening again. But then He took it a step beyond by informing me that i was misusing my Auto Traction system. Potentially saving me thousands of dollars in repairs. I wasn't expecting that kind of honesty from a dealership. If i run into a job too large or just don't feel like doing it myself, I will 100% be taking to these guys first.
