First of all, I purchased my truck at Mike. erdman's and then after having it about 9 months, it just wouldn't start 1 day. I found out there was a recall for a fuel pump module. I had my truck towed out there. I went out there about 2 o'clock and signed the paperwork to consent them to work on it. And I want to say it was like 5 o'clock the same day. They said it was ready to go. They did a fantastic job.

Service was quick... car came back unwashed. It's a black CT5 so I personally hand wash it. Last time I had it in for a warranty problem the car was returned hand washed. I don't want it run thru a car wash, I was told that was my only option. Been dealing with Tasca cadillac for last 2 years. Your car is hand washed every time. Wasn't pleased leaving with a dirty car. Service advisor was prompt & listened to my needs.

This was the best experience we have had it was warranty work on our 2019 Cadillac that we bought in January. The service righter was the best he talked us thru everything and even showed us more about the car that we did not know our appointment was at 1 and we left the car and it was done at 5. Everyone was very friendly and we even spent some time in the show room looking at the new models the sales lady told us all about the new models and even explained the electric models.
I am new to Cadillac and this was my first visit to the new store. The new building is awesome. I bought a used 2023 CT5 Blackwing and took it in for service. Dustin was super helpful and the service was spot on. Everyone was super friendly and I will definitely be bringing my car to them for regular maintenance. Thanks for doing such a professional job.

Joe in the Sales Dept is great, very helpful. Had to go back to service the next day for a tire pressure sensor, and the swapped all 4. Really for a dealership only took couple hours so that was record time..

Appt at 8:20. Got up at 6:30am to be on time. Got there at 8:05. Took 3 hours to do Oil change and tire rotation.6 Was told that people were stacked already??? Glad my wife came along with my truck. Had to change my whole morning. Suggest you tell people when the next available appt is so they can schedule properly.
