This was the best experience we have had it was warranty work on our 2019 Cadillac that we bought in January. The service righter was the best he talked us thru everything and even showed us more about the car that we did not know our appointment was at 1 and we left the car and it was done at 5. Everyone was very friendly and we even spent some time in the show room looking at the new models the sales lady told us all about the new models and even explained the electric models.
I am new to Cadillac and this was my first visit to the new store. The new building is awesome. I bought a used 2023 CT5 Blackwing and took it in for service. Dustin was super helpful and the service was spot on. Everyone was super friendly and I will definitely be bringing my car to them for regular maintenance. Thanks for doing such a professional job.

Sometimes dealer service centers get a bad rep for being expensive or for constantly pushing products or services you don’t need (sometimes deservedly lol) - thankfully they don’t do that, just good honest service for my Escalade, no pressure and nothing you don’t need - very refreshing. Would gladly use again.
Everyone was great, especially Ben our service rep, stayed in communication regularly, and was very informative. The final cost was even lower than the estimate, which I appreciated as well.

Appt at 8:20. Got up at 6:30am to be on time. Got there at 8:05. Took 3 hours to do Oil change and tire rotation.6 Was told that people were stacked already??? Glad my wife came along with my truck. Had to change my whole morning. Suggest you tell people when the next available appt is so they can schedule properly.

Erdman Cadillac was willing to work on my 2006 Avalanche when the local Chevrolet dealer was unwilling. They tracked down parts and had my Avy fixed the next day! Erdman was fantastic to work with and they'll get my business as long as they can work on my trucks!
